The Farm and Livestock
We follow natural regenerative agriculture. Animals that produce our grass-fed proteins are an integral part of soil regeneration that produces the best fruits and berries. All the animals including the bees all play a part in these cycles of permaculture and regenerative agriculture farm to table food production.
Seasonal Produce
Our produce is truly picked by hand! Toni (Step Mom) picks all the raspberries. Local homeschool kids pick the strawberries. Rob or Ken pick the veggies. Most that goes into our products is all grown and hand-picked with pride on our farms in Sharon, WI or another local family farm in our area.
Our Canning Kitchen
Everything is chopped, cooked, and canned by company owners Ken Wundrow, Rob Wesenberg or local hired “kids” and neighbors. Rob and Ken are both licensed and certified as acidified canners and all products are made in our licensed, certified state-inspected canning kitchen located on our farm. We adhere to the strictest safety standards in the industry.
Our Practices
There’s a lot that goes into farming. Learn how we grow our products, craft our honey, maple syrup, and canned goods, as well as the “Chicken Palace” we have for our laying hens!
Seasonal Berry Seasons
We Will NO LONGER have Strawberries Available
This was a difficult and still emotional decision for me to make. There are NUMEROUS reasons why I decided to give this up. Strawberries require a lot of land for the rotations, ALOT of Year-round work, and my business has changed. I really appreciate the business and support my customers have given me over the 10 years I grew them.
I will still be making my trips to Michigan for Blue Berries in July and Peaches in August.
